DONT BUY THIS MASK. No return or refund policy, no exceptions. Cheap masks stayed on my horse for a week or more, so lashed out and bought this one, didn't last the night. "No manufacturing fault, so no returns". Buyer beware

We never said there was 'no return or refund policy, no exceptions.' What we did write to you is that unfortunately as this has been used/worn by your horse it is no longer considered 'new' and therefore we can't on-sell as brand new. There is no fault with this mask. Your horse just managed to get it off overnight is what we were informed by yourself. All fly masks fit differently on all the different horse head shapes and sizes that exist. We have thousands of happy customers with the Fly Buster Masks. You are more than welcome to resell this mask privately as second-hand since there is nothing wrong with it.

Best fly masks on the market

These fly masks just fit perfectly. I now have three, one that I use when riding & the best I've found for that purpose. I also have one for my miniature pony & the only brand I have found that fits right & also accommodates for her massive forelock. Totally recommend!!
