Laminitis is the inflammation of the laminae tissue inside the hoof, often resulting in extreme pain and reluctance to move in some cases.

Laminitis Lifter may aid in the removal of toxins from the body to contain their devitalising effect on the laminae as well as help assist with correcting intestinal health and providing natural pain relief.

Dosage

30g daily mixed into feed per 500kg horse

In severe cases this may be doubled for a loading period of 3-5 days. 

Laminitis Lifter contains five main natural ingredients;

  • Dandelion may assist with detoxifying and cleansing the blood (to assist in the removal of toxins).
  • St Mary’s Thistle Powder may help maintain a healthy liver.
  • Rosehip recognised for being rich in Vitamin C which may alleviate stress of all kinds. Rosehips are also a circulatory stimulant particularly in dense capillary beds (such as the coronet band of the foot which is compromised by laminitis).
  • Echinacea may help boost the immune system and aid the equine body in times of stress. 
  • White Willow Bark Powder considered as a natural pain reliever and as an anti-inflammatory.

      Brilliant stuff

      Thank you so much for making these products. The herbs are a godsend for my horse with metabolic disease and my other horse prone to founder. The other tummy herbs are helping my three year old recover from gastrointestinal ulcers and treatment. Today after three weeks of these herbs and after adding the aloe Vera gel he actually became himself again. He was playing in the herd and he hasn’t done that in months. Thank you so much

      I used Laminitis Lifter for approx a year following my horse's first laminitic episode. I decided to take him off it recently to see how he went and I noticed a small and gradual decline in free movement and general energy / brightness levels. Put him back on and he perked back up within days.

      I had huge success with this blend alone for a TB mare who had a sudden onset of laminitis last year. She's been on it since as a preventative and as a mare who also at one point suffered ulcers and kidney issues, I feel the diuretic herbs in the blend have also helped with this. She's looking the best shes ever looked since being on this product. I now recommend it to everyone and also have my 2 geriatric geldings on it now to help with their immune system and keep their hooves tip top shape! The gelding pictured is also on Joint Joy and Brewers Yeast from Mane Event!
